- 1 can refrigerated biscuits 8-count
- ¼ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Italian blend cheese
- ¼ cup diced jalapeños fresh or jarred
- 8 –10 slices salami chopped
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Optional: crushed red pepper flakes garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or baking sheet.
Flatten each biscuit slightly and place on prepared surface.
Spread a small spoonful of pizza sauce on each biscuit.
Top with shredded cheese, jalapeños, and chopped salami.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning (plus optional garlic or red pepper).
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
