
Salami Jalapeño Biscuit Bites
These cheesy, spicy salami jalapeño biscuit bites are made with canned biscuits and just a few simple ingredients — the perfect easy appetizer or party snack ready in 20 minutes!

Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits 8-count
- ¼ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Italian blend cheese
- ¼ cup diced jalapeños fresh or jarred
- 8 –10 slices salami chopped
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Optional: crushed red pepper flakes garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or baking sheet.
- Flatten each biscuit slightly and place on prepared surface.
- Spread a small spoonful of pizza sauce on each biscuit.
- Top with shredded cheese, jalapeños, and chopped salami.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning (plus optional garlic or red pepper).
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Serve hot with extra pizza sauce or ranch on the side.
